About the Owners
William Hulsman and Albert Lynch

After twenty years as Boston's premier designer of window treatments, William Hulsman turned his attention beyond windows to interior design and architecture. While maintaining a fully operational workroom, Bill, along with his partner, Albert Lynch, developed William Hulsman, Inc. interior design. Paramount among his many successfully completed projects is the multi-million dollar transformation of the 1912 Salem branch library into the elegantly appointed Andrew Michaels' Salon and Spa . One tour of the facility is evidence enough of his extraordinary talent and will convince even the most discerning clientele that Bill's decision to return to his passion was long overdue.

Bill's involvement with many show houses and noteworthy private residences, as well as multi-million dollar commercial projects, has brought much acclaim with recognition as the cover story of the Christmas 2000 edition of Design Times Magazine , and stories in Traditional Home , The Boston Globe , Boston Globe Magazine , Beverly Citizen , Community Newspapers and Quincy Patriot Ledger , HGTV and New England Cable News.

Building on the success of both the interior design business and the custom drapery and upholstery workroom, Albert Lynch and Bill Hulsman introduce " Bill Hulsman Home " , ready-to-wear home fashions, with showrooms in Boston, MA and East Hampton, NY. Albert's significant business and marketing background, partnered with Bill's design experience has created a seamless company where designers and homeowners can access designer quality furniture, draperies and home accessories, at reasonable prices, delivered within 30 days.
